Our founder, investor & attorney Shimité Obialo, grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, went to Duke University and Columbia Law School and spent 8 years in New York City, advising emerging and middle market companies on venture capital and private equity financing transactions, everything from seed-stage to sale.

In addition, our team is made up of seasoned executives with over 50 years of experience selling companies across a number of industry verticals, including technology, consumer products, energy, media and professional services. These operators have tactical, on-the-ground experience navigating the sales process and help coach our clients and their management teams on what to expect on this journey.
